Detached house with garden. This house is tastefully furnished, located in a housing estate near the beach of Aytré. La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré are a few minutes away by car. This holiday home is made up of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob), a large living room with a two-seater convertible corner sofa, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed cm and a second bedroom with a trundle bed for a large 160 bed or two single beds of your choice. A bathroom, and a separate toilet. An adjoining garage (laundry room) and a very pleasant garden, enough to make good barbecues. The advantages of this rental by the sea: Garden, possible parking in front of the house inside the courtyard, close to Aytré beach, quiet, comfortable, internet box. Cleaning included. Delivery and return of keys exclusively in La Rochelle (Minimes district). Property managed by a professional. Belle expérience aux portes de LAROCHELLE. Nous avons réservez ce bien, à la vue de son agréable et paisible jardin, mais quel déception à notre arrivée ! jardin en friche, impossible d'y poser un pied, et de plus nos deux chiens y ont attrapés des triques à cause de son entretien plus que négligé. Pas de parasol afin de profiter de la terrasse non plus. Nettoyage à revoir dès notre arrivé (présence de coques de pistache sous le canapé) Belle cuisine équipée, mai le pichet de la cafetière à filtre est manquant. En bref, le jardin dont nous aurions voulu profiter étant dans un piteux état, notre retour d'expérience est décevant. Tarif encore trop élevé pour une telle prestation.
