Amazing house, history is everwhere.
Alistair and Jackie made sure that nothing was a problem to make sure everything was as enjoyable and as close to prefect. Wonderful hosts. A wild remote and beautiful part of the world. Totaly enjoyed by us. Thank you to both.

Historical Beauty
We so loved our little breakaway at the totally amazing Whangaimoana. Absolutely everything was wonderful! The beautiful spacious bedroom with gorgeous ensuite, including a claw foot bath. Private lounge with a wonderful, warming open fire. Our hosts attention to detail was outstanding - with the delicious afternoon tea & daily cooked breakfasts, fresh flowers from the garden. A great place to base yourselves for visiting Cape Palliser, Putangirua Pinnacles & Lake Ferry. Highly recommend this amazing place!

A thoroughly enjoyable weekend
We had a pleasant stay in this historic home in the South Wairarapa. Jacqui was a great host and Alastair attended to our booking needs promptly. Happy to recommend this bed and breakfast.

Lovely place, if a little surprising
A delightful stay, with gracious hosts. However, the property was not clearly or accurately described - be aware that this is the attached guest wing of the host’s residence. Lovely gardens.

Summer getaway @ whangaimoana
We had a lovely relaxing stay here. Beautiful historic house, very comfy bed and Jacqui was the friendly lovely host. Only thing we missed was any wifi and bad internet connectivity was hard to connect with family & friends. If there was wifi I’ve give it 5/5.
