Kia Orana and welcome to paradise! This island and beach themed two level air conditioned villa with modern decor, furnishings and great beds along the famous Muri strip will leave you relaxed and with everything you need for a amazing Raro holiday.

Enjoy your own private landscaped front courtyard with sun loungers and rear outside area that leads down to the famous Muri Beach!

Use the complimentary kayaks to paddle around Taakoka island (motu) where our guests have commented on the great snorkeling or take a 2 minute stroll along the beach the restaurants and bars for happy hour or a bite to eat. Don't worry if you are so relaxed you dont want to leave the house as a full kitchen with BBQ outside, fridge freezer and dishwasher are available for you.

All furniture and decor is of a modern high standard - enjoy your own music from the blue tooth speaker or watch movies on the dvd player. There is a 50" smart TV connected to WIFI and un limited use of the internet included for your stay.

Upstairs are two modern bedrooms with en suites and Air Con to keep you cool .

Down stairs there is a additional bathroom with washing machine. there is a full kitchen including dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, BBQ outside and all the cooking utensils needed to cook some tasty island food also cold filtered UV Water !

The outside private area has sun loungers, a deck with outside dining and lots of seating. the sun area captures the sun during the day and there are sun loungers to use, the deck is large and great when you need some shade.

The Villa is situated 30m off the road finishing on the 'Golden Mile' of Muri Beach - no roads to cross to get to the beach!

In the quieter South of Muri where the lagoon is crystal clear and the snorkelling is great

The pool is just half a dozen steps from the deck and only shared with two other villas unlike a resort of hundreds using one pool and is usually not used as most guests are on the beach! A large expanse of lush lawns and landscaped areas including our private beach area which is all for you to enjoy, our private setting is one of the last in Muri that hasn't been built out with multiple units or turned in to a hotel -which is why we are so popular!
