Terrific place in Akaroa

We thought this home was a terrific place to use as a base for enjoying Akaroa. It is stylish, comfortable, and well stocked with lovely views of the bay. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, with lots of places to enjoy the gorgeous views. Responsive host. Only thing I didn’t like was the bring your own sheets or incurr extra charges. It may have once been a “kiwi Bach tradition” but I’ve stayed in more than 15 homes in NZ and this was the only one still doing it this way. However that was a minor annoyance in an otherwise lovely experience.

Ideal location

We had a very enjoyable stay. House is modern and would work perfectly for couples or a family. Awesome views of the harbour from the deck. We would stay here again.
