This quaint three-bedroom cottage offers all the amenities and the space of a home. It also includes a full-length balcony, ideal for eating, relaxing with morning coffee, and enjoying a panoramic view, here you are surrounded by ducks, loons, and birds of all kinds. Ride on your pontoon, paddle boat, or simply relax on the wharf of the majestic Lake of The Quenouilles awaits you!
Upstairs, you will find two full-size bedrooms, offering new mattresses, a dormer window, inspiring to reading, meditation, and offering another beautiful view of the lake.
The cottage has the charm of the 40s, and maintained with love over the years, now deploying a first floor with open space concept, a view of the lake, from yet, many angles.
Large kitchen, spacious dining room, comfortable and cozy living room, decorated with antique beams, full-screen TV, unlimited internet.
All is here, you just have to bring your clothes and toothbrush!

Horseback Riding 20 mins ,Petit Train du Nord 10 mins and close enough(15Mins away) to the dining,entertainment and outdoor activities of the renowned Mt Tremblant and its plenitude of restaurants and entertainment, but not too close to interupt the peace and tranquility of cottage living on a lake and also ideal for amazing star gazing away from the lights of the city.
Ideal for cross country skiing/snow shoeing on the lake right out our front door.
All new in 2023-All new Mattresses and Box springs,New Bedding, New Sink and Faucet, New Carpets, New Flooring on main floor, Antique wooden cross beams, Barn doors and Wooden countertop!
Charges of Note:
-Charge for a monthly rental is 2250$. - Rebates are available for multiple monthly rentals.
-Cottage is heated by electricity, Hydro Quebec bills per month, are added at month end.
- Cleaning charge of 150$ , to be charge if cottage is not cleaned upon leaving.

The cottages are owned by siblings Greg and Lynda Rose. We have both enjoyed The Laurentians all of our life’s, in both winter and summer months.. and love sharing our passion of Cottage life with those who are equally interested in a life/family/ relax balance!
Why they chose this property
Our Grandparents bought a family cottage in this area years before our birth, but we had the pleasure of experiencing its Family/ life balance throughout our lives!
What makes this property unique
Our rental properties are truly an original »Cottage » experience. Both properties were built in the 1940’s, and have the character of years gone by, but renovated and updated over the years, while maintaining there quaintness!
