A place with a private fully fenced yard ,internal access garage and extra off street fencd parking close to town .

All bedding, towels and kitchenware provided, everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Some great movies also available to keep the kids entertained or surf the net on the Smart TV. Netflix to unwind with .

The unit has a heat pump and HRV ventilation system to keep it warm, dry and fresh and it is fully insulated .

The location of Pretoria gives guests the option of a 5 minute flat walk into town for some great shopping , with big brand stores and a supermarket .

A flat 10 to 15 minute walk and you can enjoy the many bars and restaurants and the free geothermal Kuirau Park.

A 10 minute drive will take you to the golf course or the Redwood walks and mountain bike trails .

There is a bus route close by if you are not driving.

You can lock you bike, golf clubs, vehicle away in the internally accessed garage .

Extra off street parking available if travelling as a group, or bringing the boat.

You can even wash your bikes or boat down after with the high pressure hose .

And after an action packed day, come back to enjoy the afternoon sun on the deck accessed off the lounge and enjoy dinner on the deck off the portable bbq
Rotorua has so much to see and do so come check it out!

A minimal cleaning fee is charged to cover laundering ,( sheets etc to be left in bathroom or laundry) we just ask that the property be left in a reasonable condition when you go please for the next guests.
Arrival from 3pm and departure at 11 am . Just ask for times outside this as we are happy to accommodate where we can .

Great place!

Perfect place for our visit - as we were there for a cycling event the option of the garage was an extra bonus. Property was clean, tidy and catered to our needs. Great location, virtually right in town, easy to walk to/from main center with shops & restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, everything you need.

Family night away with our family who are keen on mountain biking. Great having off street parking and garage storage for the bikes. Everything you need inside. Small cosy and clean.

Great place to stay right in the middle of Rotorua. We were able to store our mobility scooters in the garage whilst there...would be good for bikes also.

Very clean and tidy place and comfortable. You can enjoy and relax your stay in this two bedroom unit. Environment is very quiet and close to shops. I strongly believe our selection is one of the best. Thank you all giving us the opportunity to stay there.

Stay at 3a Pretoria, Rotorua

Located on a quiet street this is well appointed home with everything you need for an extremely comfortable and convenient stay. It's on the south-side of town, just round the corner from the mall which leads onto the entertainment district. Easy access to the airport and routes out of town, especially south towards Taupo. Communication with Lorryl was very easy and check-in was idiot-proof.

This was a really nice house, perfect for what we needed (in town for a swimming comp). 10 minute walk from Kuirau park and Rotorua pools. Very clear instructions and communications from Kevin and Lorryl. Off street parking was easy as with our SUV. Definitely recommend for the quiet neighborhood and relaxed atmosphere as an alternative to the camps or holiday parks if staying in Rotorua!

Overall a really comfortable and pleasant stay.Unit was lovely and warm when we arrived and retained heat well for the NZ early spring stay. Beds comfy and everything we needed to look after ourselves.Lock box was a bit fiddly. But it was raining we arrived and we were frantic to get in Quiet and secure neighborhood.Our small Honda fit managed the grass patch and wood gates for patking. A larger car wld need to be parked on the street.

Nice accomodation

Slight problem at start of stay as no key in lock box. communication re final details excellent so had contact number of host. Lovely situation within handy walking distance of town. House beautifully clean. Problem exiting property and locking as different person locking up who had never used a lock box before. and couldnt get it open to put key in. Despite slight hiccups a wonderful stay. Lovely to have washing machine

This place is great, had everything we needed. We have children so was nice to have laundry facilities available and a full sized working kitchen.This place is walking distance to some main shops and a couple of local parks which was a nice bonus.The owners were fabulous to deal with.

Loved this VRBO

Everything was just as presented. The house was clean and well stocked. Perfect location. Lorryl has done a great job at facilitating one’s stay. The bed was comfy, kitchen well stocked, shower pressure great. We used the aircon just a few times to cool the house down as it was unusually humid during our 5 day stay. Rotorua has lots to offer. We enjoyed Kerosene Creek, Te Puia, river rafting, Zorb’ing, Orakei Korkado (sp?), and more.

We arrived later in the day and were ready to relax. The check in process was easy as the host provided all the info needed prior to our arrival. The house is located close to places to eat, shop, and walk around. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
