Very quiet and private little oasis with your own private back yard with a BBQ. Your space is yours and your privacy is important to us. We take pride in our property and your place is spotless and lovely and clean. (Check out what our guests have said about their stay!)

Enjoy a sleep in with block out curtains in the bedroom.

Lovely stroll to the beach through the reserve in just 8 mins away and a 1.5km walk to the Palm Beach shopping center, library and Fashion Island. Several lovely restaurants are close by and the Papamoa Tavern hosts many artists for a fun night.

Di & Bill were fantastic hosts, the unit was very modern, clean and very well appointed, we needed nothing, very spacious and in a very quiet area. Step out the side sliding door and walk along the reserve park path to the beach.

Still spritely retired couple who returned from OZ after 14 years. Have lived at Papamoa Beach for 10 years and love our location and living on the reserve. We love to share our 1 bedroom flat with guests and you have your own space and privacy.

Why they chose this property

We were looking to purchase and missed out on another property to our relief and found this one. We thoroughly enjoy living on the reserve and its great to see the increased activity now the new walkways have been completed
