Lounge area with 50" Plasma TV with built in Freeview, Bluray DVD player, Digital SkyTV capabilities (BYO Decoder - not MySky), Yamaha sound system.
Large table which would serve both as a large family dining table, or for a conference.
Outside front deck, with stairs that lead downstairs
Semi Enclosed Deck at the back overlooking the ocean, with 5 person spa pool, and walkway access to the dunes, all under cover and private - A new addition to our home at the end of 2022
