The modernised cottage has a homely feel, character features, sunny location and will help you to quickly relax into your holiday. Tairua is a great destination with a famous surf beach, harbour and mountain. It is also a great central base if you plan to explore further up the Coromandel peninsula. You can walk to the beach in just 2minutes, or simply relax and enjoy the Bach with its modern kitchen, hot bath, many decks for summer and wood burner to stay cosy in the winter.

Loved the homely feel of this house. Great view of the hills from the deck. Had everything we needed. the outside shower was awesome for when we got back from the beach.

A relaxing stay

A lovely, quiet place, well equipped and nicely decorated. Fully fenced so perfect for our little dog too. Good communication with the owners. We'd definitely stay again!

Perfect Bach

A perfect family style bach that was a short walk from a beautiful beach. Great place for kids and our dog. Great fire place for heating during though cold winter days. A good place to locate yourself along the coromandel coast line.

Fantastic Cosy Holiday Home!

This cosy place was just perfect for our family and the added bonus was our family pet dog could come too. This house was beautiful and the location was close to the local shops and restaurants. The communication with the hosts was excellent and they were very accommodating. We had a FAB time exploring the Coromandel area and will definitely return soon, while recommending this amazing spot to others!! Thanks Sean and Chris

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a good location a short walk from the beach and had rural views behind with a view of Mt Paku. The house was very comfortable and well stocked and has lots of decks so we could all spread out. Our dog loved the secure garden which was very pretty. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay

Great little spot, close to the beach. Had everything we needed. Great view over the wetlands as well. Great BBQ area and a really light welcoming Bach. Would love to stay again some time.

Tairua kiwi Bach

Great clean Bach. Great communication. Fully fenced so our little dog could enjoy himself without us worrying. All the essentials supplied. Closed Fire place was a nice touch and gave us some nice warmth at night with mood lighting ;) Narrow driveway with not a lot of space to turn around down at the house - so big utes or reversing novices (like myself) beware this could be tricky. Overall lovely value place to stay.

Fabulous family spot

This property is fantastic, so close to the beach, great calming view, it has everything you need for a comfortable getaway and the layout/grounds makes it easy for small humans and dogs alike to enjoy. The perfect family Bach

We really enjoyed staying here. The Bach was clean and tidy and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s situated 5 min from the main town centre and a short stroll to main Tairua beach. The owners were easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely stay away

Great little place. Fireplace was so effective, well stocked and cosy - needed on a wet and windy weekend. Was also good that we could bring our dog - fully fenced and wooden floors meant we were confident he was safe and not making too much of a mess!

Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house, particularly the open-plan style combined with a lovely older part to the house. Also, the home was close to the beach, in a quiet location and suited our family. We love Tairua and hope to return again soon.

Perfect weekend getaway with the dog

Lovely property, very clean and bright. Had everything we needed for a weekend away Easy walk to the beach. Fully fenced for the dog. Outdoor shower was also useful for the dog post beach swim!!! Would definitely come back again
