This is the BEST resort property in Incline Village!!

PLEASE READ!....The Hyatt High Sierra Lodge is a Residence Club property which typically rents by the week, Saturday to Saturday as part of my owner's rental program. Please inquire about dates prior to requesting a direct booking. Shorter stays of 3 or 4 "split weeks" may be available starting or ending on Saturdays. ...please email me regarding specific dates. Rates may vary by week and availability.

'The Total Tahoe Experience'... 2 Bedroom Residential Style mountain suites at the Hyatt High Sierra Lodge. This Hyatt Residence Club property is located in the heart of North Lake Tahoe providing the total Tahoe experience of lake, ski, outdoor and gaming activities. Only a 2 minute walk to Lake Tahoe, 15 Minutes to Northstar, 35 minutes to Squaw Valley and 45 minutes to Reno / Tahoe Int'l Airport (BTV).

Great stay!

The condo had more supplies than we thought it would, which was great. Perfect for our big family wedding! Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Fabulous Property and condo!

The property is situated walking distance to the Hyatt Beach but quiet and secluded from the hustle and bustle of Hyatt Hotel. We were able to enjoy all Hyatt amenities!

Great Tahoe Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was accurately represented in the listing and had everything you need while away from home. Nathan was VERY helpful throughout the booking process and super prompt in responding to every question. The heated pool and hot tub were both great, even with temps in the teens and 20’s. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Excellent

Excellent property. Accommodations very nice, great space. Parking was full one night and property employee had us park in handicap spot, which didn't feel right. Wish there were outdoor shower or faucet to clean feet when coming back from beach. Everything else was spot on!

Condo was infested with ants

Unfortunately, our condo unit had an ant infestation that requires the personnel to come in daily and spray. The ants were in both the kitchen and master bathroom. In the kitchen, there were everywhere-sink, coffee maker, utensil drawer. Before we realized there was an issue, we had all our opened groceries in the counter and we had to throw everything away as they got into every open container. Management at the Hyatt was unsympathetic-said many times, “what can you do? We have ant problems and do the best we can.” They did not provide anything to make the situation better—no transferring of rooms, no discount for our inconvenience, no reimbursement for ruined groceries.
