Tucked away on beautiful Lakeshore Drive, this stylish, three-bedroom townhome sits across the street from Lake Tahoe. Stroll to the Hyatt Regency for upscale dining, a spa day, or an evening at the casino. Nearby public beaches, golf courses, and scenic hiking trails await as well!
Unwind in the spacious, open-concept living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a sleeper sofa. Screen a film on the 55-inch cable TV while enjoying the warm ambience of the gas fireplace.
Take in the pine-scented air and sip your morning coffee on the balcony, outfitted with a table and chairs. Home chefs will appreciate the kitchen and its stainless steel appliances, glass-top range, ample counter space, large basin sink, wine cooler, and bar seating for three. Gather at the eight-person table for home-cooked meals.
The three bedrooms include a stately primary bedroom with a 50-inch cable TV, a sitting area, and an en suite bathroom with a marble vanity and a walk-in shower. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.
Just across the street, Lone Eagle Grille offers an upscale dining experience set against the spectacular backdrop of Lake Tahoe and a private beach. Enjoy quick access (2.3 miles) to the slopes at Diamond Peak Ski Resort or drive approximately 11 miles to Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe. Come summer, hit the links at the Incline Village Golf Course two miles away, and enjoy walking or running on the Incline Fitness Trail that winds through the forest on the property.
THINGS TO KNOW
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (pools, fitness center, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
This home is not equipped with air conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
