The heart of the house is the open plan living area, which opens onto a deck. Bedroom one and two each feature queen-size beds, providing ample space for relaxation. Bedroom three offers a comfortable single bed, while bedroom four is designed with custom-built bunks – a single over a double, plus an additional single bunk. This room also boasts an ensuite bathroom complete with a toilet and shower, and direct access to the backyard. The main bathroom is conveniently located on the same level, just outside the bedrooms. Downstairs, the basement is divided: half is converted into a rumpus room, ideal for planning those biking trails or a second chill-out space for the kids, while the other half remains a single garage, perfect for parking vehicles or storing toys and bikes.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house during your stay. This includes four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. Enjoy the open-plan living area, the fully equipped kitchen, and the deck with barbecue facilities. Relax in the spa pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Rotorua Airport (ROT) is a quick 10-15 minute drive from the property. Public transport is available, but it's most accessible from the Rotorua city center, a short drive from the house. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available for getting around and exploring the area.
