2 bedroom house with 2 out-cabins 1 minute walk to the beach. Air conditioner/heat pumps in main living room and master bedroom. All utensils, plates and cutlery provided. 40 inch flat screen t.v. DVD player and stereo. Laundry facilities. Fun house with beautiful sunny bbq deck. "Floating" walkway from main house to cabins. Close to boat launching and golf club. Ideal get away for families and friends or small social clubs. Great value as the bach will comfortably sleep 8.

Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$50.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

We were a bit disappointed that the locks to the property didn't work and the DVD dint work, also we had to remove a dead mouse from beside the oven that had been there for many days and the smell from it was awful. Other than that the property was good. short distance from the beach, lots of board games to play and really nice decking to sit out on.

Provided everything we needed for our stay at Riversdale, only problem was the smell of the cabins upon our arrival, once they were well aired for a couple of days they were fine. Good value for money, great access to the beach. Would stay again
