Located in a quiet neighborhood, with a guest home at the end of a 400’ paver driveway, that is lined with old oak trees.
Guest area is located in a large detached building with its own, private, secure entrance. The room is provided with its own AC, heat, bath and kitchen area, along with two, comfortable twin beds.
The “Florida shower” provides a large, private, outdoor shower experience. Showering with hot water, beneath the stars, and in a heavily landscaped setting.
A lakefront view, overlooking a 10 acre lake, with many species of birds and animals.
50 acres of pasture and forest borders the property.

Great Quiet Place

The studio apartment is quaint and decorated with a retro/beach style. It is located near a lake in a very private and serene area. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return again if visiting the area again.

Perfect for Mother & Teen Sports Week

A youth sporting event required a week in Sarasota. This charming, clean, and comfortable room was perfect for me and my teenage son. In a very nice, quiet neighborhood convenient to everything we needed, it felt much safer and relaxing than a hotel. The hosts were communicative and welcoming. The Florida shower was delightful! Wonderful experience in every way.

A convenient pied-a-terre.

Quiet. Secluded. Relatively close to Downtown; close to shops. Very clean. Tastefully furnished. A Florida shower is a delight in good weather. The kitchenette could be augmented if cooking needs so require. A perfect place to go after a hard working day.

Peaceful Location

We had a very nice stay at Oak Grove. It has a beautiful setting, amongst fabulous grand oak trees strewn with Spanish moss, looking onto a lake. Ken & Kayla we’re very hospitable and provided such a warm, inviting place to stay. We enjoyed the outside shower! We will definitely come back if we travel to Sarasota again!
