The property offers modern, convenient holiday accommodation only a short walk from Wanaka town centre. This architecturally designed, award winning home is right opposite the lake with popular Pembroke Park on your doorstep. Take a stroll into town to enjoy some of Wanaka's amazing cafes and restaurants, all without the need of a car. The living area has huge sliding doors out to the balcony, providing you with beautiful views of Lake Wanaka and the mountains. The outside area has an outdoor fire, BBQ and large sofas - the perfect spot to to sit back and watch the sunset.

The holiday home's large contemporary kitchen provides you with all the facilities you need to cook up a storm, and with the open plan living area meaning you can still be part of the group. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable and have luxurious linens, and the media room offers the perfect escape space for the kids. The master bedroom opens up to the outside and enjoys views of the lake. The ensuite and main bathroom are both spacious, with tiled showers. Underneath the property, a large garage is accessible for all your equipment you may bring or hire like ski gear, bikes or kayaks.

Perfect location

Everything was as advertised, the perfect location for out family in a wonderful town. The only reason the property management dint get a 5 star was because we never got a linen refresh and new towels on the dates stated. We made due and did are own laundry.

Hi Joseph Thanks for your review, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay with us and the location worked for you. It is definitely great being so central! I have followed up with our cleaning team, as they were scheduled in our property management system to do two midstay cleans & linen changes, and both were ticked off as if they had been done. It appears they did not do them after all, which I am very sorry about. If you had drawn our attention to this at the time, we would have followed up with them immediately & sent them in the next day to do the clean. Apologies once again for this. Please do keep in touch next time with our property manager with any issues such as this, as he could have rectified this immediately. We hope to see you next time! Best wishes, Kirsty Release NZ
