Oban Lodge is an historic fully self-contained cosy cottage which has been upgraded and refurbished, it adjoins native bush where birdlife is plentiful and wild deer are often seen on the property.
The cottage itself provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere, while being approximately 6 minutes walk to the center of Oban Township. Including the beach, store, restaurant, bar and visitor info to mention but a few.
Consisting of 3 bedrooms including 2 queen and 1 single beds all with electric blankets fitted, Heat Pump, fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, Free WIFI, 43 inch Smart TV, radio, and shower over chubb.

Walking around the area.

Many walking paths from the lodge, many beautiful birds in the back yard and along the walks. Plenty of information available. People were helpful & had some amazing jobs... I talked to a lady about how she was going to empty the rat traps. What a wonderful way to help the native animals/birds. Plenty of eateries close by with yummy food, can be preordered. Several coffe shops & a 4square which had everything. Locals stopped & chatted, lovely. The lodge is warmed, & has electric blankets, easy to sleep in!!

Fully self contained family stay

Only a short walk from the jetty this 3 bedroom home was big enough for a family and was fully self contained with a large yard. It is an uphill 10 minute walk so be prepared for that, or order a taxi. Enjoyed our stay here in such a beautiful, quiet spot.

Convenient location

We enjoyed the location it was close to everything we needed. It was great to have laundry & cooking facilities. Communication was great and generally we had a good stay

Close to town

Exactly as advertised. Full kitchen ready for self-catering. Comfortable bed with heating blankets. Few minutes walk down the road to town. Would recommend.
