The studio unit offers a private and tranquil place to enjoy a holiday. Entertain on the deck with the outdoor furniture supplied. It has everything you would need.
It has its own entrance from the street(to the left of the garage as per pic). this leads down the side of the house to its own deck area which leads into the studio unit.

Prime coastal location:
Winston's Cove (450m from the cottage) is one of Auckland's best kept secrets and is an ideal spot for a swimming and relaxing. It's our favourite little beach spot in Auckland.

Waiake Beach (650m from the cottage) is a beautiful small bay that is perfect all tide swimming and boating. It has a sheltered estuary to one side of the beach which is great and for kids. There are also a number of picnic/bbq facilities and a children's playground just off the beach. For the best home-made ice cream, head over the road to Tides Cafe and enjoy great coffee and food too.

Long Bay Beach and Regional Park (8 mins away)

The Long Bay Regional Park is a great place to bring the kids for the day with its long beach backed by a tree-lined grassy strip great for picnics. It also has a playground and bbqs, and the picnic areas and beach are accessible by pram.

TRAMPING: Long and short Kauri and Nikau forest tramps close by via the Okura Bush Walkway.

400m to Torbay shops / 5 mins to supermarket

Excellent public transport links - bus stop right near the house.

Short term furnished accommodation - perfect for families moving to the area or those who are in between houses. Longer term bookings by negotiation.
