This is a standalone house near Browns Bay stunning beach. It is fully renovated recently, and equipped brand new furniture and electrical appliance. It is only 10-15 minutes walk away to the beach, and supermarket such as Countdown and New World. And it is 2 minutes to primary school. The Albany shopping mall is only few minutes drive away. The owner of the house lives near this house, and willing to provide any help should you needed.

The property was in a really good location & had all we needed for our 3 night stay.

The property was lovely.

The property was lovely. It was disappointing around the TV not working, there not been any teaspoons and no iron and ironing. I really feel an ironing board is key and needs to be added to the property. The owners fixed what they could but for the money it should be standard. This house is also not in Browns Bay but Rothesay Bay and I found that slightly annoying as I wanted a house in Browns Bay. As said though the house itself is lovely thanks

lazy days and wonderful activities

Worked well for us. We were 4 women in our 70s. Loved the beautiful beaches-----2 within walking distance. The property suited all of our needs. Was quiet and very clean with all household equipment available. We had a wonderful relaxing time there. Had a car which was a plus.

Lovely stay in Browns Bay

Modern light and airy house. Great outdoor deck area and private courtyard area. Short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

As we walked through the door of this property we were welcomed with a very clean, cosy, warm and comfortable home. It was a comfortable living space for our toddler and infant - spacious and all necessities provided for. We will love to stay again (if available) if we were to visit Auckland again.

Wonderful! So comfortable and welcoming.

Wonderful! So comfortable and welcoming...we are ex-Aucklanders and like to meet up with our adult children for the weekend from time to time - one is living in Hamilton.This is so much more comfortable than a hotel/motel.A very quiet street and handy to some of the best bits of the North Shore.The house is spotlessly clean and well appointed.Highly recommended.

Very clean and tidy property.

Very clean and tidy property. Everything you need for a short stay. Lovely linens, air con and great water pressure in the shower. Spa bath for kids or aching muscles. Really close to local shops and cafes and an easy drive into Auckland city. Highly recommend for those traveling and staying in the area for a few days looking for more than a hotel room.

Really missed not having a dining or kitchen table, only four stools at the bench (there were five of us) and an outdoor setting on uncovered deck so useless in cold or wet weather. Also short on plates, only 3 or 4 large dinner plates and same of small side plates. Not enough for 5 guests. Apart from these negatives, property was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. Would recommend to stay there if you can do without table and chairs, we like to play cards/games so missed having one.
