Very nice newly renovated house with breathtaking view

We had a very nice stay. The villa was recently renovated, is very private and has stunning views. Breathtaking sunset panorama! Margaux lives next door, she was very nice and helpful. The area is calm, in short distance is a lovely bakery (Banette). There is a pebble beach in 5min walking distance. We stayed for 4 weeks in April with three young children.The pool was properly secured when closed, which was very important to us. Everything was well cared for.Layout: Kitchen/living area with grand terrace on ground level and one bedroom, with sea view, with en-suite shower and terrace. One separate toilet. First floor: Three bedroom with one en-suite and balcony, all with sea view. One separate children's bedroom facing east. One separate big bathroom with shower and tub. One separate toilet. Cellar with an extra toilet and washing machine. Mosquito nets at bedroom windows would be a great addition, if I had to think of any critique. Thank you Margaux for the lovely stay.

Jolie, bien conçue, bien située, cette maison de vacances est juste parfaite avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour: chambres confortables cuisine bien équipée ,nombreux séjours extérieurs et intérieurs, petite plage de galets à 5 minutes à pied , agréable petite piscine , Sanary centre accessible à pied en 35minutes, diverses plages et sites également accessibles à pied en moins de 30 minutes, Bandol et plusieurs villages perchés à proximité.

Hospitalité et confort

Camille est une hôte prévenante, disponible et sympathique! La propriété offrait tout le confort qu'on pouvait demander, était d'une grande propreté et nous a permis de passer une semaine de vacances sans tracas. La situation de la maison est loin de la circulation et offre calme et tranquillité, avec en prime une vue sur la mer et les couchers de soleil. Je la recommande totalement!

Outstanding!

My wife and I spent four days at Villa Marcam while traveling around France in May, hoping for a respite from the hustle and bustle of the major cities and tourist spots. After arriving, we realized we had hit the jackpot. Villa Marcam is the perfect location if you’re looking for a place to kick back, relax and enjoy all of the beauty of the Mediterranean coast. The house itself was clean, well-equipped, and spacious, with plenty of areas to either congregate indoors or outdoors. The front deck with a heated pool offers the perfect spot to relax on the deck and watch the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen is stocked with the basics you’ll need for cooking, including pot and pans, utensils, plus a handful of spices and oil, with local markets in Sanary-sur-Mer and Bandol just a short drive away. Big bonus is there is a lovely beach just a short walk from the home where locals come out to watch the sunset in the evenings. Witch we did every night. The Calanques de Cassis are less than an hour drive away, and a day trip is highly recommended. Margaux is a great host met us on our arrival and explained everything about the house and the area. Our only regret is we didn’t plan to stay longer. But remember to bring shampoo. I would definitely go back and our next opportunity.

Very nice place

Great house and a very quiet surrounding! On the pictures it dosent look like it but the ocean is just 2min away. No need to leave the house just a place to relax and get back the energy you need. We had a great time and wonderfull weather in April/Mai. Thank you Margaux and Camille

Maison très agréable avec jolie vue sur mer, moderne et confortable, bien équipée avec électroménager de qualité et décorée avec goût. Le quartier est calme et agréable. A Proximité d’une petite plage. Propriétaires très sympathiques et à l’ecoute. On recommande !
