Relaxation and retreat in Mapua
This is a fantastic concept for a bach - a collection of interesting buildings that collectively form your own community! Peaceful and beautiful , the outside bath was magical and the cosiness of the caravan meant getting up at all was difficult. Very cleverly curated by the owners and the surrounding area is stunning also. We highly recommend !

Kissing Gate is like an enclave within another property, but it is completely private from the other accommodation options on the property. Kissing Gate has been created with an incredible amount of love and care, and the attention to detail is quite extraordinary. Perhaps the biggest compliment is that we changed our plans and instead of spending the day away from the property we choose to stay inside Kissing Gate and enjoy all of the features that have been created, including the outdoor bath.

It's so relaxing cooking in the cute little kitchen, sitting by the fireplace & looking up at the stars. The favourite was the bath on the deck overlooking the pond. The bedroom caravan was so cozy & warm. Ruby caravan was great for reading books. Really good shower. Enjoyed picking some fruit in the orchard, also yummy eggs. It's very private & you feel like you're in your own little world.
