A lovely place to chillax with a superb indoor/outdoor flow and private backyard - perfect for BBQ's on a summer evening. Fully fenced property.
It is a very well equipped house and has everything you need from a 60in TV with sky to full kitchen and laundry ammenities.
Note: this is strictly a non-smoking property
It has 2 living spaces, dining room and large kitchen with breakfast bar all within an open plan design.
The main bedroom area has a separate bathroom with vanity, bath and luxurious shower plus a separate toilet.
The master bedroom has an ensuite that includes a vanity, toilet and luxurious shower.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms available for 4 people or less which include a bathroom with shower, bath and a separate toilet. NOTE: The 4th bedroom will be available for extra numbers and this includes an extra bathroom (ensuite).
Please confirm the guests name & configuration etc when booking.
As this is often used by family members, you will need to check the availablity 1st.
Prices may change due to seasons etc. Dates around Public holidays and big rowing events such as Mardi cup, NZ Rowing champs etc will vary.
Bookings are a minimum of 2 night stay with Mardi cup a minimum of 7 nights and NZ rowing champs a minimum of 5 nights. Winter months have a minimum stay of 5 nights.
We have a Nespresso machine available for use so you may want to bring some capsules for this!

Please note: we do not accept bookings from groups of people 20 years and under unless there are at least 2 parents taking respsibility.
We are also reluctant to take bookings from guest without any reviews as we have had trouble in the past with this.
Please provide all names of guest when booking and the purpose of the visit.
