points positifs =>
au second et dernier étage avec ascenseur, belle vue sur les montagnes
tout à dispo autour de l'immeuble (très bonne boulangerie, magasins, restos), pas besoin de voiture
une place au sous-sol couvert (ATTENTION 1.85m maxi)
à l'arrivée : déchargement des affaires au sous sol facilité par des chariots mis à disposition pour gagner les étages par l'ascenseur
points négatifs =>
ce n'est pas un garage (fermé par une porte de garage), mais un box en sous sol, sans porte de garage, donc ouvert, avec une chaine et cadenas pour privatiser le box, ATTENTION hauteur maxi 1.85 mètres.
nous avons fait le ménage en arrivant car nous ne devions pas avoir les mêmes exigences que les locataires précédents
