Three bedroom modern home with open plan living/dining/kitchen, three bedrooms (2 with queen beds, the third with 2 single beds) and large deck with fenced grounds for children.

Gas central heating for winter warmth, ceiling fans in each bedroom, and heat-pump in the living room for summer cooling.

Beds are all made up with sheets/ duvets/ pillows etc, and a towel for each person at the ends of the beds except for the portacot.

Located in central Taupo, a (nearly) flat 15 minute walk/2-3 minute drive to the lake or town. A short walk away from reputably the best Fish and Chip shop in Taupo and other local shops.

Washing machine and clothes dryer available for guest use

Portacot, highchair and pushchair available at no charge. Please bring own linen for the cot.

Fibre Wi-Fi for general internet browsing.

Chrome cast if you happen to have Netflix, Lightbox, or Neon etc

Home is professionally cleaned between guests. If you are staying for 10 days or longer, our housekeeper will come in at a mutually convenient day/time to change the linen each week at no extra cost if required.

Single garage for an average sized car with internal access to the house plus parking on the driveway.

Sorry, not suitable for pets.

Special conditions:
- Strictly no smoking inside the house. Please respect our holiday home by leaving it tidy. A few quiet drinks are fine, but if you are wanting a house to party in, then sorry but this is not the house for you.

We would appreciate our guests leaving the house tidy on departure. If you are staying for two weeks or longer, our housekeeper will come in at a mutually convenient day/time to change the linen etc each week.
