About this property

Luxury Paradise by the Sea

Stunning, newly renovated home with solar heated pool, luxury spa, sea views and amazing flow from kitchen/living to decks and outdoor entertaining. Includes TVs n both lounges & Master bedroom, Apple TV/SKY TV, Bose surround sound system and Xbox.

We host lots of kids parties, so plenty to keep them entertained – huge Springfree tramp in backyard with swings and chalk boards. Kids lounge has board games, Xbox, Netflix, etc. But you’ll probably find they spend most of their time jumping between the solar heated pool and jacuzzi !

For large groups we can make available an additional 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment we have at the same location (optional add-on at extra cost). With apartment added you will enjoy up to 17 beds across 7 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, 3 lounges, spread across 340 square metres + extensive decking and outdoor entertaining. We can also put down premium pillowtop mattresses in any of the 3 lounges and/or larger bedrooms as required. Please ask re availability.

Centre of premium North Shore beach village, Mairangi Bay.
10 min walk to lovely village with cafes/restaurants, beach, playground, etc. Public bus links nearby, Uber pickup, 4 carparks.

If you have pets please ask as these may be negotiable.

Linen, towels and cleaning on departure are included.

Grant’s home is beautiful. We loved all the amenities and how clean the house was. Grant is also a wonderful host, very helpful and is quick to reply and help with anything. I couldn’t recommend this house more.

The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The design of the home round the pool with sliding doors and windows facing the pool allowed for easy adult supervision while sitting inside or outside.The beach is 15 minutes walk or a short drive away.A super market and small shopping area are about 10minutes walk away.The host was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. Kitchen equipment was generous and we felt really well provided for.This is an amazing property for a large group such as ours (we were 15) and we never felt crowded. I would come back in a heartbeat if only we lived closer.

Paradise in Mirangi Bay

Absolutely loved the property, it was perfect for 15 family members’ from age(s) 70 down to 7 for a family celebration. Beautiful rooms, everyone commented how comfy the beds were, the pool and spa were constantly in use over the 5 days. Perfectly set up for large groups with children. Very quiet location and only a quick walk down to the shops. Our host was wonderful, right from the moment we booked. Chef Bruce from Montrose Cafe-Bar-Bistro catered for our Saturday night function and again for our family poolside banquet on the Sunday night, 10/10 for Chef Bruce. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing property, great location

This property has everything. It’s such a great layout and feels so big, has good separation if you choose it to have a ‘kids area’ and adults space and the kids are spoilt for choice of what to do. Short 10 min stroll to the beautiful Mairangi Bay beach and shops. Grant was an excellent host and was a great communicator. Thank you so much for letting us stay, we will definitely be back!

Lovely spacious home

We loved our stay here. it rained most of the time but that definitely did not deter the kids from enjoying the pool and spa and we could sit inside under cover and still easily watch them. Great family home.

Family trip

Grant is a great host. Most patient, understanding and helpful. He gave us very useful info for local grocery, doctor clinics, restaurants etc. When we needed clean linens because of sick child he was over promptly. Remember this is over the Xmas week. The bedrooms were decorated whimsically. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by whole family. There were a tv in the living room and another in the master bedroom. People we met that the stores were friendly and helpful. They assured us it is a very safe neighborhood. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you grant

I wish this was my home lol my kids did not want to leave everything u see on the pictures is exactly what you get and more the pool and hot spa is amazing endless fun for the kids no extra entertainment needed its all here at this beautiful house, it gets better there is another self contained house downstairs 3 bedrooms we had both the houses to ourselves was so bomb honestly if you are looking for a house to host your big family this house is it Thank you Grant for hosting us

WOW!

Absolutely stunning house with a lovely layout. It was our Daughter's birthday and we decided to do a "luxury sleepover" themed party. This was the perfect location! We had a group of kids with us and we were able to be all under the same roof but still feel like we had our own space to hang out in. Grant was such a lovely host! He came and greeted us personally, gave us a run down on everything and was still on call if we needed him. He even went and filled the wood basket for us :) We will definitely stay here again, its a home away from home!

Incredible property and location, great views, beautiful beach just down the road. Love it!

This property is the best we’ve stayed in. Huge open entertaining areas that open up and flow to the solar heated pool and spa outdoor area. Extremely private outdoor area with lovely palms lit up with lights, it feels like a tropical island. Very well equipped with everything you might need. Super clean and very comfortable beds, pillows, etc. Loved Mairangi Bay Village and beach just a few minutes walk away. Big enough to have a supermarket, fruit and vege, fish shop, etc, but also a real seaside village feel with boutique shops and some really great cafes and restaurants. Loved walking along the coastal walkway in the mornings, best place to see the sunrise and get some exercise before morning coffee in the village! Wonderful experience and memories, can’t wait to stay again sometime. Grant and Jo took great care of us as their hosts and could not have been more hospitable. Thanks so much.
