Spacious multi-level home in Havelock North - ideal for families or groups

Our home is a comfortable, uncluttered space ideal for families or groups visiting Hawke’s Bay. Set over three levels, it offers plenty of room to relax, multiple living areas, and practical touches that make group or family stays easy, including board games, books, toys, and extra pillows and blankets. There’s also a trampoline in the front yard, plus a basketball hoop and a volleyball/badminton net in the backyard for casual outdoor fun. A table tennis table and a Crazy Catch rebound net can also be made available on request.

Located in Havelock North, you’re well placed to explore the region, from beaches and parks to world-class wineries and walking trails. Te Mata Peak, with its incredible views, is close by, and you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to food and wine. The house is also a short walk to several schools (primary, intermediate, and high), with public access to their fields and facilities outside school hours.

Whether you're gathering for a celebration, attending a local event, or simply enjoying a break with loved ones, it’s a welcoming base for reconnecting and making the most of your time in the Bay.

Special Conditions:
• There are three internal staircases and no stair gates, please bring your own if needed.
• The trampoline is in the front yard and does not have a safety net – use at your discretion.
• It’s a peaceful spot with lovely neighbours, so we just ask guests to keep things quiet in the evenings.
• Please strip the beds you have used before checking out – this helps our cleaner know what to change.
• We try to be flexible where we can - if you have a request, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to help.
