Double glazed, UNLIMITED Wi Fi, CHECK OUT MONTHLY DISCOUNTED RATE. Fridge and freezer. TV & Netflix. Off street parking. Queen bed, single and a fold out bed. Close to cafes for breakfast, supermarkets, cinema, event centre, swimming pool, golf course, museum and Lake Hood. A visit to the Ashburton Domain is a must. As a regular visitor to Ashburton this has been the most stressless and comfortable stay. The house has all you need - a well equipped kitchen where we could cook proper meals rather than relying on take out or prepared meals, and we were able to eat at a table!! - Windows that let in heaps of light and fresh air - A great smart TV so you can continue to watch favourite shows.Christine is a great host; responsive, clear communication and she has thought of everything. Thanks again for a wonderful stay it's really appreciated.

Perfect small family stay

We booked this super little house for a few days while in town to support a family member at a sporting event. Not only was the house clean, warm and practical, it was well located with easy access to Ashburton town centre.

Immaculate property in lovely Ashburton

This place is lovely with all that you need. A short walk to some good restaurants and takeaway options as well as a small supermarket and fruit shop. We loved our stay.

Get away to Tinwald

We stayed here whilst supporting our daughter to move to Ashburton. Prefect little spot so close to all the amenities. Unit clean and well equipped.

Exactly as described, clean and well equipped.

checkin worked perfectly, owners responds quickly to questions. House can easily be cooled or heated depending on needs. House was clean and we appreciated washing machine and stash of additional linen and towels. Kitchen is well equipped, although a tea pot and larger cooking pan would have been helpful. would certainly stay again, thank you
