Cozy Cottage
Cozy cottage was very homey and cozy! When we arrived it was very clean. The deck and lake are wonderful, we had awesome weather too. It was a wonderful week and my family is already making plans to return next year. I can't rate the property manager because we didn't need to contact them. Everything was great.

Review
Overall I was pleased. The driveway and the condition of the gravel prohibited prohibited us from parking closer to the building. That was somewhat of an inconvenience there a couple minor things in the property that needed some repair but otherwise overall it was a decent cottage and well equipped as was the beach area with the boat And the two grills.

Rugged living
This property is in need of TLC. Has great access to the lake but in my opinion needs basic improvements to justify rate.

Perfect Family Retreat
Sandra was great to work with. Very patient and accommodating. This was food for the soul after a year of cancelled vacations and a weird ending to my one sons senior year and then an even weirder freshman year at GVSU. This location was the perfect place for us to unplug and reconnect. The dogs swam from the time they woke until bed time. My husband and I kayaked at least once daily. The boys fished a few times a day. Only caught 1. But just watch my young adult sons talking and fishing and connecting was heart warming. We are at the age where we don’t know how much longer we will have our guys to just ourselves. So this vacation was priceless. Favorite things … multiple spots to view the lake from. We had coffee on the deck outside the front door. Dinner each night on the deck with the patio furniture. Lunch was lakeside after kayaking. Neighbors were friendly. Dogs kayaked daily too and loved it. Was worried that I wouldn’t sleep well in a full size bed compared my king size at home, but it was not an issue at all!
