1990's home with large living and dining area, 4 double bedrooms, ensuite to master bedroom.
10 Mins walk to the beach, easy drive to Mt Maunganui main street, Bayfair mall and also easy direct access to Tauranga.
Off street parking for 3-4 cars.
House is on a rear section so nice and private and is well protected from the wind.
North facing living areas, outdoor area with BBQ accessed from the lounge.
Recently re-insulated so nice and cool in summer, there is also a woodburner for winter heating.
TV, Fibre internet, Dishwasher, Washing Machine.
Booking restricted to over 25 year olds or those with a previous bookabach renting history. Would suit 1 large or 2 smaller families, please enquire if you need additional beds as this can be arranged.
