I won't recommend
The house is potentially a very good one, with an excellent outdoor space, a vegetable garden and two chickens with fresh daily eggs, but the whole property has not been kept in very good shape. The pool was fantastic, but many other features and details of the house are discouraging. You won't have the whole house for yourself, some of the rooms and cabinets are closed. We've found clothes in the closets, dusty books on the shelves etc. Considering the status of the outdoor foosball table, it has not been cleaned or used in ages. I would get rid of rugs and pillows which looked very old and not easy to clean in the long term. We had a horrible experience with one of the room's mattresses, which had bed bugs, as we had to find out from a local pharmacist a few days after my parents had multiple bites all over the body, which we at first thought were from insects. The property manager was amazing and promptly responded by discarding the mattress right away and replacing it with a new one, spraying the room with products, but the damage was done and both my parents had plenty of bites, which required multiple trips to local pharmacy and several days of treatment with topical and oral medications. Concluding, with deep cleaning, replacing old furnitures/mattresses and pillows, it is potentially a good place, but as it is, way too expensive for what you get.
