LR with 50" 4k smart TV and electric fireplace. Both BR's with 40" 4k TV's. A twin fold away bed with a 5” dual (soft/firm) memory foam mattress is located in living room to accommodate 7th guest. Work desk is provided for our business travelers. Wifi and cable. Patio with dining table, gas grill. Fully stocked kitchen.

Wonderful place. Had just what we need close to WEC. Clean, cushy beds, wonderfully hot shower for all 5 of us. Great communication. Would definitely book again when we come back!

WEC user heaven
We stayed at this location because of a week long show at WEC. The property was perfectly located, extremely clean and very user friendly. It had everything we needed. Will book again some day for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and very comfortable and the property manager’s communications were timely and thorough. It’s just a couple of miles from WEC and quite convenient.

Heath holds an A & P license and formerly worked a combined 27 years at Wilmington Air Park holding various management positions, including Aircraft Maintenance Project Manager and Production Supervisor. Trish is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in working with the geriatric population. We were married on our property in 2003. We have a son and two granddaughters. With 25 years of owning and managing rental properties, it is a great addition to our portfolio. We have enjoyed meeting all kinds of people and have made lasting friends since starting our vacation rentals.

We own and manage the entire cul-de-sac, which includes 3 additional vacation rentals (The Tranquility, The Beach House, and The Farmhouse), as well as 11 long term rentals with great tenants. Our location to the World Equestrian Center is 2.8 miles, with a quick 5 min drive for your convenience. We live 5 min from the property and are available if you should need anything during your stay.

For us to maintain a consistency of high standards, we own, manage, and clean all our vacation rentals. We go above and beyond to provide you with additional amenities to ease the burden of traveling. We provide the following items for your stay; Toilet paper (4 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, coffee, creamer, sugar, sweet & low, linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, first aid kits, shampoo, and body soap. We either personally check you in or we stage the unit for your arrival with lights on and ask that you contact us so that we know you have arrived safely. We own and manage the entire cul-de-sac, which includes 3 additional vacation rentals (The Tranquility, The Beach House, and The Farmhouse), as well as 11 long term rentals with great tenants.
