Heath is a local realtor; he also owns and manages several rental properties in Wilmington. Heath holds an A & P license and formerly worked a combined 27 years at Wilmington Air Park holding various management positions, including Aircraft Maintenance Project Manager and Production Supervisor. Trish is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in working with the geriatric population. We were married on our property in 2003. We have a son and two granddaughters. With 25 years of owning and managing rental properties, it is a great addition to our portfolio. We have enjoyed meeting all kinds of people and have made lasting friends since starting our vacation rentals.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We own and manage the entire cul-de-sac, which includes 3 additional vacation rentals (The Tranquility, The Beach House, and The Farmhouse), as well as 11 long term rentals with great tenants. Our location to the World Equestrian Center is 2.8 miles, with a quick 5 min drive for your convenience. We live 5 min from the property and are available if you should need anything during your stay.

For us to maintain a consistency of high standards, we own, manage, and clean all our vacation rentals. We go above and beyond to provide you with additional amenities to ease the burden of traveling. We provide the following items for your stay; Toilet paper (4 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, coffee, creamer, sugar, sweet & low, linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, first aid kits, shampoo, and body soap. We either personally check you in or we stage the unit for your arrival with lights on and ask that you contact us so that we know you have arrived safely.
