The apartment is located in. 1 Floor of the family home and has air conditioning, a kitchenette (cooker, fridge, dishes, etc.), A living room with TV, Wi-Fi and a sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and one with two beds, exit to the terrace with a beautiful view of enjoy 20 islands and you have a table and chairs available to the view at breakfast or dinner and a full bath. On the terrace you can relax, because no cars or motorbikes drive past.


Quiet location and only 80 meters from the sea, unique sea view, detached house on a dead end.

If you walk along the promenade, you can reach closeby resort that offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities in a few minutes. Shops and restaurants are about 200 meters away !. 2 private parking spaces are available.

Only 1 km from the apartment you can enjoy the following: tennis, football, basketball, jet skiing, surfing, Boccie, etc. In Trogir can be cars, motorcycles, Fahrräd. and boats. Not far from Seget Vranjica are National Park Krka and Kornati National Park. Split is the capital of the region with the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian is 25 km away. 20 km from the house you will find Salona or Roman excavations. A variety of options provides the historic city of Trogir.

Trogir is about 5 km away. The airport is approximately 10 km away. The city of Split is about 25 km.

Around Seget Vranjica to Trogir and nearby there are several sports fields - tennis, football, basketball, mini-golf, water skiing, sailing, windsurfing and various children's activities (for a fee). By boat trips to the neighboring island can make.

Trogir was founded by Greek colonists from the island of Vis in the third century. Chr. Founded. On this Antique matrix lies the historical core of Trogir. In the medieval walled town center there is a preserved castle and tower and a series of dwellings and palaces from the periods of the Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque,. The most magnificent building of Trogir is the St.-Laurentius Church. The main west portal is a masterpiece of Radovan and the most important work in the Romanesque-Gothic style in Croatia.

Trogir is a museum in the truest sense of the word. All those who have interest in and enjoyment of works of art, original architecture and nice alleys, a magnificent and multifaceted cultural and historical heritage will find in Trogir: from Roman courtyards to modern interiors.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum!

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir haben allerdings die meiste Zeit (wenn wir nicht beim baden oder unterwegs waren) auf der Terrasse verbracht. Die Aussicht von da ist unbezahlbar, wir konnten uns nicht satt sehen! Sie ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und so überdacht, dass nie direkte Sonne einstrahlt (zumindest im Sommer), somit kann man jederzeit dort im Schatten sitzen. Zum baden geht man durch kleine Gassen einfach Berg ab und findet dort eine Stelle mit Leiter zum Einstieg. Die Vermieter sind im selben Haus und unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Eine gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit fast allem, was man braucht. Vor Allem tiptop sauber. Toller überdachter Balkon, der zu jeder Tageszeit ausreichend Sonnenschutz bietet. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die Lage ist gut und auch der Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Einkaufsgelegenheit ist beinahe um die Ecke, unten im Ort gibt es Restaurants. WLAN war problemlos verfügbar, TV gibt es allerdings nur lokale Sender, das sollte man berücksichtigen. Wir mußten leider aus familiären Gründen frühzeitig abreisen, danken aber Herrn Milosevic für die schöne Ferienwohnung. Und wir können die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub in Kroatien

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben mit einer riesigen wunderschönen Terrasse. Es war sehr sehr heiß, die Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnzimmer, aber wenn man die Türen auflässt kühlen auch die Schlafzimmer ab. Der nähere Strand ist schön und nicht überlaufen, allerdings Steinküste mit Leitern zum Einstieg, was für unsere Tochter (4 Jahre) nicht sooo toll war. Es ist aber ein paar Minuten weiter auch ein Kiesstrand, der gut für Kinder geeignet ist. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub :).

Ruhig und schöne Ausssicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Blick ist sehr schön und man kann auf der Terrasse wunderbar entspannen. Die Lage bietet alle Möglichkeiten für einen entspannten Urlaub, Baden 5 min zu Fuß, Boot fahren nach Trogir, Einkaufen im Ort, Ausflüge in alle Richtungen nach Split zum Krk Nationalpark, nach Sibenik, sehr schön. Im Oktober sehr zu empfehlen, weil nicht mehr so voll und trotzdem schönes Wetter. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir können das Appartment sehr empfehlen.

We stayed for 2 weeks in Jozo's apartment. It had everything we needed. The terrace area is really nice and shaded. The view from the terrace was wonderful. The apartment is in a good central location for exploring central Dalmatia. Jozo was very helpful - especially with the issues around the hire car company being closed when we arrived in Split airport! I would recommend the apartment.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem Appartment und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, weil man in ca. 5 min am Strand ist und somit auch beim Taxiboot, dass stündlich nach Trogir fährt. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt in der nähe und tolle Restaurants unten im Haafen. Das Appartment war SEHR sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht, von Kaffemaschiene bis Toilettenpapier, es war alles da. Es könnten sogar 6 Personen darin übernachten, weil es eine Schlafcouch gibt. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ist und nicht bis in die Schlafzimmer reicht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bemüht, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Die Terasse ist ein Traum. Toller Ausblick!!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Appartment nehmen!!!!

Sehr gepflegtes Appartement, herrlicher Ausblick, ruhige Lage, Katzensprung zum Meer. TOP!

Die Ferienwohnung wurde uns durch Freunde empfohlen, die uns ihren guten Eindruck übermittelt hatten. Wir wurden absolut nicht enttäuscht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Gebäude an einer kleinen Straße in einem Wohngebiet. Sie verfügt über eine riesige Terasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Das gesamte Umfeld ist noch sehr traditionell bebaut. Keine Bettenburgen! Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Die umstehenden meist als "Villa" bezeichneten Gebäude haben mehrere Wohnungen aber alles nicht überdimensioniert. Es gibt ein paar Fußminuten entfernt einen kleinen Laden, in dem man eigentlich alles bekommt. Ein schmaler Weg zwischen den Grundstücken führt ans Meer. Das klare und absolut nicht kalte Wasser ist herrlich. Wir waren eigentlich jeden Tag baden. Der "Strand" ist natürlich nicht der "klassische Sandstrand", aber das weiß man, wenn man nach Kroatien fährt. Wir fanden es überhaupt nicht problematisch. Ganz im Gegenteil. Zum Vermieter hatten wir einen freundlichen und aufgeschlossenen Kontakt. Insgesamt haben wir zwei herrliche Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und werden nächstes Jahr gerne wiederkommen.

Traumhafter Aufblick auf das Meer

Wir verbrachten (2 Erwachsene mit Kind) eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung und die Lage entspricht genau den Vorgaben des Vermieters, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder kommen :) Der Blick vom Balkon war traumhaft schön und werden wir vermissen. Toller Blick aufs Meer

Beschreibung passte genau auf die Örtlichkeiten. Tolle Möglichkeit mit Blick auf das Meer in aller Ruhe zu Frühstücken und den Tag zu beginnen. Besonders angenehm war die freundliche und große Hilfbereitschaft des Vermieters. Diese Ferienwohnung kann man ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Burkhard

Super Balkon und sehr nette Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung und die Lage entspricht genau den Angaben des Vermieters. Wir (Familie mit 2 Erwachsen Kindern) haben uns in der Wohnung und ganz besonders auf dem Balkon sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder. Das Vermieterehepaar war super nett und hat all unsere Fragen super in Englisch beantwortet. Vranjica ist ein ruhiges Örtchen mit kleinem Hafen einigen Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Wer mehr möchte muß nach Trogir, ist super mit den Taxiboot zu erreichen für 2,50€. Auf dem angenzenden Campingplatz gibt es ein nettes Restaurant, Eisdiele, Laden und einen schönen Strand. Uns hat die Wohnung, Strand, Wasser und die Umgebung, Fischpicknick mit Filip´s Marina und Krkawasserfälle sehr gut gefallen und können alles bestens Empfehlen. Es war ein sehr schöner erholsammer Urlaub.

Vue exceptionnelle

Logement extrêmement propre, situé à deux pas de la mer. La vue est absolument magnifique de la terrasse. Il est possible de marcher le long de la côte et de découvrir ainsi de nombreux endroits de baignade. Accueil très agréable et attentif de notre logeur et de son épouse. L'appartement a été très intelligemment conçu et est très pratique, facile à entretenir. Si l'occasion nous en est offerte, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Schöne Aussicht auf´s Meer und die Inseln!

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der FeWo verbracht und können sie gerne weiterempfehlen! Sie ist ideal für vier Personen. Absolute Pluspunkte sind: - die große Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht - die Nähe zum Strand - sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem gute Verkehrsanbindung - der Ort (kleiner netter Ort mit Läden und Restaurants - gute Infrastruktur, aber nicht touristisch überlaufen) - die Umgebung eignet sich ideal für Ausflüge (Kultur und Natur - Trogir, Split, Krker Wasserfälle, Sibenik, Primosten etc.) Wir (Familie mit Kindern) würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Eine ruhige Oase nach Besichtigungen und Ausflügen

Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und der nette Kontakt schon vor unserer Anreise war auch Vorort toll. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit so das es uns an nichts fehlte. Die Terrasse ein Erholungsort nach den vielen Ausflügen die sich von hier aus ideal machen lassen. Das WiFi funktionierte einwandfrei, Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer großzugig und bequem. Wir sagen Danke für den schönen Urlaub.
