Positioned at the front of the building overlooking Wreckyn Street on the fourth (4th) floor, this light and bright north facing apartment comprises open plan living, dining and kitchen (featuring euro appliances including dishwasher), separate bathroom, internal laundry facilities, bedroom with built in robes, split system heating and cooling, private undercover balcony and secure basement car parking.
Guest Access: Guests will have private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.
Other Things to Note: ** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **

PHENOMENAL PLACE!! The host Aaron is incredibly responsive and just a delight. Absolutely incredible location, accessible trams to everywhere and parking was secure and easy to get to. All the amenities that you need were supplied. Looks just like the pictures. Truly a wonderful experience and stay.
