Had a great time, host was friendly, property clean and well kept. There was plenty of silverware and dishes for us as well as other cooking utensils. Would definitely come back if we find ourselves in the area again.

This property was amazing and we had fabulous time staying here! It was close by to the areas we wanted to visit but it was also great staying at the house and hanging out. The host was great and we would love to stay here again!

This is a great place for a large group to get together, hang out, eat together, play games, visit nearby sites like Herronswood Gardens and Poulsbo. My family was there for my daughter's wedding at Herronswood Gardens.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Absolutely beautiful property and home. We stayed there for a family reunion and the house was perfect, very spacious and the host Rick was responsive, and extremely helpful with our questions (He even dropped off a case of bottled water for our crew). We will definitely stay here again if we are back up in that area.

Family Stay for a Wedding

My sister and I and our families stayed here for 4 nights while in the area for a wedding. We enjoyed the quiet location and the house worked for our party of 9 teens-adults exceedingly well. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and the large kitchen area, multi-level living and various sitting areas accommodated everyone.

Incredible house and host

This was an amazing house and overall experience. The host texted us with detailed check-in instructions and even gave us the scenic route into the property. Unprompted he also let us know it was ready for check-in a few hours early. He was available throughout for any questions, and even gave some fun history on things inside the houseThe house and grounds were amazing! From the spacious living areas to the chef quality cooking spaces, the house had everything. Well equipped for a large group staying together. And the grounds were great to play on and explore for kids and grown ups alike. I’ve already recommended this place to multiple people, including family. I am going to find reasons to come back!

Relaxing Weekend

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful to accommodate our requests. The home is very new and has a ton of cool features. The property was nice and snowy, tons of birds to see. We’ll probably come back in the summer!

Wow, this property is fantastic! We stayed with my children and siblings for our daughter’s wedding, and it couldn’t have been better.There is an unbelievable amount of space, both inside and out. Indoors, there are many bedrooms, a large living room, a sauna, and a workout room. Outdoors, there is a beautiful upstairs deck, a screened patio, a large lawn with plenty of chairs and sun umbrellas, a front deck patio, an outdoor bar, and an outdoor kitchen. Our large party never felt cramped. We could comfortably gather all together or spread out into our own areas when we wanted privacy.The surrounding area is gorgeous, too. The property feels very private and overlooks a beautiful wetland and wooded area, with water that rises and recedes with the tide each day. We enjoyed watching the many ducks, geese, and cranes. In the distance is Squamish Harbor. Poulsbo, Port Gamble, and Port Ludlow are all a short, beautiful drive away.We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Rick, and he is a superstar. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us, exceeding all expectations. He is a wonderful guy, and I came away from our stay feeling like I had gained a friend as well. Thank you for everything you did for us, Rick! We loved every bit of it.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house had more than enough space for our family. We enjoyed our evenings by the water lounging by the light is the fire table. The kitchen was large enough for family meals. It was also a nice central location between seattle and olympic national park. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here for a family vacation. Norhing but great things to say!

Great place for the whole family

What a fantastic place to stay! From the custom cedar doors to the fantastic views of Hood Canal and Mt. Rainier, this glorious home has it all. There is ample room for the whole family and the entertainment room downstairs is great! Well stocked kitchen. Outdoor areas add additional space. We enjoyed our time here.

Lots of room

We were visiting from Minnesota for an extended family vacation. The house was perfect with more than enough space for our group. There were lots of seating areas with great views outside as well. The house was very clean and had lots of amenities. The host was very welcoming and accessible if needed. Although we had no issues. We would highly recommend this rental to others. We had a wonderful time.

Gorgous property and home. Absolutely loved the wetlands in the back, watching the tides change the landscape and all the wildlife around (though mostly hidden). The covered porch was my favorite! Could have used a couple more basic baking pans, but besides that, everything was stocked. Would love some arrangement with the neighbors nearby for access to the water that was so close- but what can you do when neighbors don't want to share- and it wasnt' too far to public access. Loved this stay!

Loved it!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. We loved our stay here and the host was kind and flexible. I got married in Port Townsend which was just a quick drive. This accommodated all of the people staying with us, gave us beautiful views, and a nice place to get ready. Would stay again. We will say that it was a little dirty, some dishes aren’t cleaned fully and a couple of the toilets weren’t the cleanest, dirty corners on the floor. The beds were comfy and clean.
