The apartment was exactly as described. It had plenty of room for me, my wife, and our adult son. There was some noise from the busy bars below, but not extreme. A pair of earplugs might be recommended for light sleepers, but I had no issues. The host responded to communication quickly and efficiently. The host also offered discounts at a few local restaurants which we used and appreciated. I would stay here again without a second thought.

Stay at the quebec

The property is in a great location—convenient and close to everything we needed. However, it does get quite loud at night due to nearby music and street noise, which made it difficult to sleep at times. This place might be ideal for guests who plan to stay out late or aren’t sensitive to noise, but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs or consider this before booking.

Lovely Stay

Really well located. In the heart of a lively area with a great choice of restaurants and cafes. The flat is tranquil but there was a bit of noise on the weekend but it didn't ruin our enjoyment. We walked to Old Quebec each day, its not far.There was a small issue with the shower and our host responded in a mere 5 mins and had people round to remedy it in about 30 mins! Fantastic response.It was a lovely well decorated, modern and clean interior. We had a lovely stay.

The bar is loud

We were unaware we would be staying over a bar (also owned by the property owner, I believe). We arrived on a Saturday night and heard the bass thumping and laughter until 3 am. The other nights were better, but still noisier than we had expected. There is a beautiful church 1/2 block from the apartment which is a local hangout for many homeless/drug users. Beautiful, clean, and modernized apartment. Beds were extremely firm.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was modern and super clean. The location was great and a walkable distance to old Quebec City or an Uber ride for a reasonable rate. As mentioned in other reviews, there was noise from the restaurants underneath and near by until 2-3am, but nothing a sound machine / sleep app or the bathroom fan couldn’t drown out. If you’re a light sleeper, you’d probably want to stay clear. The area does have homeless folks hanging around the beautiful church across the street, but they were very respectful and the area is very clean. If you have any leftover food and water that you cannot take with you, be kind and pass it along. The host, Marc-Antoine was fabulous. He was super responsive and accommodating. We’d happily stay again if we were back in town.

Le logement est annoncé pour 4 personnes, mais il n’est pas réellement équipé pour accueillir confortablement quatre personnes. Il manque notamment de la vaisselle, des chaises et des serviettes.Certains équipements et meubles auraient également besoin d’être renouvelés ou réparés. Le matelas est très affaissé, les oreillers dégagent une odeur désagréable, certains meubles de la chambre sont brisés et plusieurs lumières ne fonctionnent pas adéquatement.Nous avons également constaté qu’il n’y avait pas d’indication claire concernant le recyclage.Par ailleurs, le bruit provenant du bar situé juste en dessous est particulièrement important et peut nuire au confort et à la qualité du séjour.Nous souhaiterions pouvoir discuter avec vous de ces différents points afin de vous faire part plus précisément de notre expérience et de voir quelles solutions pourraient être envisagées.Points positifsTrès bon emplacement, dans un secteur sécuritaire.Proximité du stationnement et du Vieux-Québec.Bon soutien du personnel du bar lors de notre arrivée.Logement attrayant et agréable au premier regard.Nombreux services à proximité : restaurants, cafés, bars, pharmacie, dépanneur, épicerie, etc.Dans l’ensemble, le logement bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement et de plusieurs atouts, mais certains éléments importants devraient être corrigés ou améliorés afin que l’expérience corresponde réellement à ce qui est annoncé pour quatre personnes.
