Noise: As this is a basement suite, you may occasionally hear normal daytime sounds from the family living upstairs. We do our best to keep things quiet and respectful.
Kitchenette: Please note this is a kitchenette (not a full kitchen). It includes a hot plate and toaster oven—there is no full-size stove, oven, or dishwasher.
Accessibility: Access to the suite and backyard requires the use of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.
Security: For everyone’s safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the front and back of the property. They record video and audio 24/7.
Guest Fees An additional guest fee of $18 CAD per person, per night applies after 4 guests.
