This apartment is sadly in dire need of an overhaul. The flooring is painted concrete,the velour lounge is badly stained with “god knows what” and the small bench oven is very rusted.The doona on the bed did not have a cover on it just laid between the sheets.The contact decorative adhesive in the bathroom is peeling off as is the laminate on some of the kitchen cupboards.To top it off the shower continued to drip no matter how hard we turned the tap off.Very disappointing experience.

Communication with the host was excellent.. before during and after! The location was beautiful overlooking the marina and walkable to Potts point. The apartment was a studio but was stocked very well. It had everything we needed.Only suggestion is to paint or cover the floor… it’s stained but appears dirty. The sofa is also stained.Thank you for a wonderful experience in Sydney!
