Enjoy the stunning panoramic Bay of Islands views from this three level 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxurious home which overlooks Paihia which features a private spa pool. Indulge yourself in quality furnishings and amenities. The living area has several lounge area's and a 85" TV. A large galley kitchen connects to an dining room with sea views. The master top floor suite features a Super King bed, a private deck and a bathroom with bay views.
The downstairs apartment is self contained and has a queen bed, a bunk bed and its own kitchen, bathroom and laundry. It also has great views over Paihia and the bay to Russell.
The whole house can sleep 8 guests.

Family Holiday

Beautiful setting despite the weather which was wet, the accommodation more than made up for it. Spacious and functional, great bathrooms, lovely spa, Would love to return for another holiday, but with better weather and an extended stay.

Did not disappoint

Wow what vista...simply stunning! Such a beautiful home, accommodating 6 adults perfectly. The views over Paihia and across the pristine water to Russell and beyond were fantastic. Fabulous indoor /outdoor living, beautiful furnishings and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom to make our stay home away from away. Exceptionally clean too. We will be back.

This house was exceptional. It was a beautiful home, delightfully furnished, perfectly clean and presented, well appointed and in a great location. Comfy beds and everything we needed in the kitchen! Couldn’t have been more perfect.
