A quiet, modern duplex apartment for 6–8 people in the heart of Luz-Saint-Sauveur. Located at the foot of the mountains and surrounded by ski areas (Luz-Ardiden, Barège, La Mongie, Gavarnie). Quick access to beautiful hiking trails and activities for the whole family.
The apartment is bright, fully renovated, and located in a 3-star residence in the heart of a mountain village. The residence features a heated pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a steam room. Wi-Fi is available at the front desk.
Ground floor: Living room with a sleeper sofa, fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, electric hob), balcony with a table and chairs, bathroom with a bathtub, separate toilet, and a bedroom with a 140-cm bed.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a 140-cm bed, a second bedroom with 4 single 90-cm beds, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and separate toilet.
This duplex is very quiet, can accommodate up to 8 people, and offers a panoramic view of the mountains. It includes a parking space, a ski storage room, and a bike storage room.
A sheet and towel service is available for 15 euros per person; please let us know in advance.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Our concierge service will request two security deposits when you pick up the keys. One for the apartment and the other for cleaning.
These deposits will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, provided the apartment is clean upon your departure.

Ground floor: pull-out sofa bed, open kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, kettle, coffee maker, etc.). Balcony with table and chairs.
Bathroom with tub and sink, and separate toilet.
Bedroom with a double bed and storage.
1st floor: master bedroom with a double bed and storage. Children’s room with 4 single beds. Bathroom with shower, sink, and a toilet.
The apartment complex is quiet, just a 5-minute walk from the centre and all amenities. There is a wonderful view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.
Ski locker and bike storage available.
Sheets and towels can be rented for €15 per person. Please let us know in advance.
DEPOSIT:
Two deposits will be required upon your arrival and should be given to the concierge when you receive the keys.
Both deposits will be returned to you if the apartment is left clean and tidy, just as it was upon arrival.
