The Perralpes flat (39m²) is ideally located in the heart of the village of Chinaillon, about 200m from the ski slopes and in the main street of Chinaillon where the shops are located.
This flat can sleep a maximum of 6 people (4 comfortable and 6 with the sofa bed).
It offers a large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. This room has a large dressing room with plenty of storage space as well as a TV and DVD player.
The main room has a kitchenette and a lounge/dining area equipped for 4-6 people and tastefully decorated. The lounge has a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed. The shower room and toilet are separate. The shower room has a towel dryer and a hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. To complete a wide range of kitchen utensils, there is also a toaster, coffee maker, raclette grill and fondue machine.
You have access to a large south-facing balcony with a lovely view overlooking the ski slopes. This balcony is equipped with a garden table and chairs.
The ski room is accessible from inside and outside the building. There is also a private outdoor parking space.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
A WIFI connection is available in the flat.
Animals are not allowed. No smoking flat.
