Our cozy, modern, and clean suite is designed to provide a relaxing and stylish retreat. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll find all the comforts and essentials to make your stay seamless and enjoyable. Plus, enjoy the convenience of two dedicated parking spaces during your visit!

➤ ✈️ ~10 min to Pearson Airport (by car or UP Express)
➤ 🏙️ ~15 min to Downtown Toronto (via UP Express to Union Station)

➤ 🧹 Professionally Cleaned – Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every stay. Please note that supplies in the unit (e.g., toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.) are not refilled during your stay.

The basement is a fully independent unit with its own private entrance and is not accessible during your stay.

➤ The unit includes one bedroom on the main floor and two additional bedrooms located up a short flight of stairs (approximately 10 steps).
➤ A Ring doorbell camera is installed for check-in and check-out purposes only. It faces away from the home and is not actively monitored.
➤ No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors. A $400 cleaning fee applies if this rule is violated, to maintain a clean and fresh environment for all guests.
➤ Pets are not permitted in this unit. While we love animals, we aim to keep the space allergen-free and comfortable for all guests. A $400 fee will apply if a pet is brought into the home.
➤ The basement unit is separately occupied. To maintain a respectful environment for everyone, quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
➤ Early check-in may be available upon request, but only if there is no guest checking out on the same day. Please message in advance to confirm availability.
