This cute and charming upstairs unit in a duplex has been upgraded and tastefully decorated throughout. It boasts a brand-new kitchen with all new appliances including a stacking washer/dryer. Just a short walk (11 houses) and you are on the sand on one of the prettiest beaches in Southern California. There is a large private deck with a table/umbrella and 6 chairs and gas BBQ to cook and relax in the early evening breezes and a peek view of the Newport Bay/channel waters. This unit sits back from the street offering a quieter location and privacy. At 800+ square feet the unit has 2 bedrooms both with new king beds (Cal King and Eastern King), ceiling fans, and 43 inch TV's. The living room has a pullout queen sofa bed, 65-inch TV, ceiling fan, and Dutch Doors to let in the fresh Ocean Air. The cheerful kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes/utensils, glassware, and small appliances (Toaster, Coffee Maker, & Blender). One car parking space is available in a shared two-car garage space. It will accommodate a mid-size car/SUV. The rear alley is narrow so you may have to back in or make a couple turns to get inside garage. There are 6 beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, and boogey boards in the garage. This is a great location at the start of Newport Peninsula offering easy access on and off the peninsula with short drives to major freeways to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and other major Southern California attractions. This avoids lots of summer traffic on the Peninsula by easily reaching the 55 Freeway from Superior Ave. to Harbor Blvd. freeway entrance.
This beach house is within walking distance 0-2 miles of Newport Pier, Pavilion supermarket, liquor/convenience store, pharmacy, restaurants, fast food, movie theatre, banks, and shops for all ages. The Balboa Fun Zone is just a short ride down the peninsula and Balboa Island is a ferry ride across the bay. The wide sandy beach is only 11 houses away and offers some of the best surfing and body boarding at Newport. The bike path and the boardwalk are nearby which run along the beachfront for miles. Nearby are Channel Park (Across Balboa) with a children's playground and bay beach where you can launch your paddleboards, kayaks, or just play in the sand with the kids. Close by are Sunset Ridge Park with walking/jogging trails and West Newport Park with tennis, racquetball, basketball courts, and playgrounds. High-Speed Internet and streaming service is provided for the 65-inch large screen TV in the living room, and the two 43 inch-TVs in the bedrooms.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads/encasements, bedspreads, sheets, pillows, and towels are provided.
Parking: 1 car parking - This unit provides 1 garage space in a shared garage.
Kitchen/Supplies: The kitchen is supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils, cookware needed for everyday cooking as well as small appliances including, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation, however you may need to purchase and pay for additional supplies during your stay.
Beach Supplies: This unit includes 6 beach chairs a beach umbrella and beach towels.
You may want to bring: Extra beach chairs/equipment and/or specialty cookware, seasonings, laundry detergent, and extra place settings, extra beach towels, pens, and paper etc.
