Oktoberfest stay

Stayed for Oktoberfest, great place, about a 10 minute walk to the train station. Was a straight shot on the U6 right into town and the festival. Doner place right next store which was awesome.

Very nice property close to stores and vclose to trains.

Very quiet. Had to take the train to Octoberfest very easy ro maneuver. Had a bit of an issue finding the place bur she kept in contact and we made it. Great Turkish foodtruck next door great food! Close to grocery store.

Bello lo spazio ci siamo trovati bene, letti comodi e pulizia perfetta. La chiave si trova dentro al cancello ma poi la porta da aprire era quella esterna sulla strada . Questo non si era capito. La casa è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana U6. Englischer Garten raggiungibile a piedi. La serratura della porta andrebbe migliorata, si fa un po’ fatica ad aprire e chiudere la porta di ingresso. Quella sul retro non si apre (credo sia voluto).

Vorgefunden, wie vorgestellt

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Standort war für unser Bedürfnis optimal. Eine Mischung aus Innenstadt (mit der Bahn), Allianz Arena (fußläufig) und Ausflug (Auto) ins Umland. Alles ging ganz easy. Nur beim Checkin haben wir erst auf der Anfahrt erfahren, wie es abläuft. Da wäre eine frühere Info wünschenswert.

Schöne Wohnung, hundefreundlich da alles ebenerdig

Schöne Wohnung mit kleiner Küche und zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Das Bad ist schön geräumig. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, obwohl verkehrsgünstig gelegen.Es ist auch am Tag im Wohnraum etwas dunkel, da Ikea Regale als Raumteiler zum Eingang vorhanden sind.

Diese Wohnung kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da wir auf eine andere vom gleichen Anbieter ausweichen mussten. Aber dies klappte problemlos und der Kontakt zu der Familie war sehr nett und unkompliziert!

Wochenend-Aufenthalt

Für einen Kurz- bzw. Städtetripp ist die Unterkunft sehr gut. Leider ist in dem Schlafbereich nur eine kleine elektrische Heizung - somit war es immer verhältnismäßig kühl im Gegensatz zu den anderen Räumen. Leider fehlten auf einer Seite des Bettes dem zugehörigen Lattenrost mehrere Latten, so dass ein massives Loch beim Liegen entstand und man dadurch am nächsten Morgen Rückenschmerzen hatte. Alles in Allem war die Unterkunft für unser gebuchtes Wochenende ok.

Walkable in Munich

This place looks exactly like the pictures. We were able to navigate quickly around the neighborhood and school to find the train station. We went to Oktoberfest one day and the toured Munich the following day. It was a nice neighborhood and the apartment was very comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay!!

Our stay was amazing. Check in and out were very easy and the flat was very well located -- it was a quiet neighborhood but easy access to the U-bahn for getting to Marienplatz and Oktoberfest. 100% would stay again.

Nice Fewo with easy access to Munich city center.

Communication okay. Access to key safe through garden gate. Lean over and open it from the inside! Door locks resist easy opening. Push back door to lock, lift front door at handle to lock. Electric stove top does not work reliably. We were not able to cook a meal. Before you put coffee filter container back in coffee machine try out which way it fits ( it does fit!). All over: acceptable to satisfying but not perfect. We found cheaper Fewo‘s in better condition on our trip!

Quiet Get-Away in busy Munich

This little gem is located in a quiet, upper middle-class neighborhood. An Aldi is a 10 minute walk for convenient shopping. The metro is a brisk 11 minute walk through the neighborhood, but the metro came every 10 minutes so it was super easy to get to downtown Munich (about 15-20 minutes). Get a Streifekarte (stripcard) or Tageskarte for 2-5 people. Very affordable. The loft was well maintained and supplied with the right ammenities (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker) as well as clean bedding, kitchen, and bath towels. nette Ferienwohnung mit einigen Defekten

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr angenehme Größe. Parkplätze sind an der Straße ausreichend vorhanden. Man ist von dort aus schnell auf der Stadtautobahn und erreichte alle Spots in München relativ schnell. Die U-Bahn ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Bad in der Wohnung ist neu und schön gestaltet. Die übrige Wohung ist eher mit älteren Möbeln versehen, die teilweise leichte Defekte aufweisen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist durchgelegen. Leider haben wir feststellen müssen, dass sich hinter der Schrankwand Schimmel gebildet hat. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt negativ beeinflusst. Wir haben diesen Umstand der Vermieterin mitgeteilt, die sich umgehend um diesen Mangel kümmern will. Wenn die Mängel abgestellt werden, ist diese Wohnung für bis zu 4 Personen gut geeignet.
