Comfortable and functional studio of 28m2 and its cellar of 5m2 (ideal for skiing and mountain biking) in the heart of the resort at an altitude of 1700 m in the Armazan residence at Porte E with a view of the valley.<br><br>50 m from the slopes and ski schools, 100 m from the cable car to go down to St LARY village.<br><br>The different means of transport (shuttle, gondolas, cable car) will allow you to go to Espiaube (2400m) or Saint Lary village. <br><br>Shops, equipment rentals, daycare (3-12 years old) and public parking in front and behind the residence are nearby.<br><br>In the living room you will find 1 table with extensions with 4 chairs and 2 stools, 1 sofa bed 2 seats, 1 BZ 1-seater armchair, the kitchen area equipped with 1 large fridge, 1 4-burner stove and its oven, 1 dishwasher 12 covers, 1 microwave 1 Senseo and 1 classic coffee maker and many other accessories such as the raclette service...., <br><br>Of course, the TV, the various storage spaces, the dartboard, the board games are at your disposal.<br><br>In the bedroom, you will have 1 sofa bed for 2 people and 1 bunk bed and storage.<br><br>The bathroom includes the toilet, shower, sink and other storage,... 1 other small fridge is available in the pantry.<br><br>1 laundry room is available in the residence with machines and dryers on level -5.<br><br>We do not provide linen. <br><br>Please bring your coffee (Senseo or classic), and your dishwasher tablets.<br><br>Rates from Saturday to Saturday<br>Weekend possible on request.

This apartment was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right on the slopes (ski-in/ski-out), making it incredibly convenient. It's also very well-equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our pleasant stay. Highly recommend for a great ski holiday!

Très bon appartement assez grand et très bien équipé. Idéalement situé au pied des pistes. Un petit local à côté pour l’équipement de ski très pratique pour ne pas être trop encombré La communication très fluide et rapide. Petit bémol qui n’est pas de leur fait, ça ne capte pas très bien si vous souhaitez faire du télé travail

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé 5 jours parfaits au sein de cet appartement ultra confortable, très bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine et très bien équipé tout court. Le local pratique à proximité immédiate de l'appartement. Nous recommandons sauf sur les periodes où on reviendra !!

Séjour au ski mars 2024

Semaine au ski au Pla d’Adet dans un logement proche des pistes bien conçu. L’appartement est bien équipé avec un local un ski bien pratique. Les hôtes sont réactifs. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances !

Séjour agréable au pied des pistes

Petit studio suffisant pour quelques jours à la montagne, un seul petit défaut au niveau de l'isolation sonore dans la petite chambre ou nous entendions toutes les conversations de l'appartement situé au dessus de nous. Hormis cela tout est propre il y a un local à ski à disposition et l'emplacement est idéal ! Merci

Super séjour à la montagne en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille . Le logement est très bien situé . Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires et avec les personnes chargées de l'état des lieux . Superbe expérience à la montagne en pleine nature . Les enfants ont adoré ces quelques jours . Nous reviendrons. Nous recommandons vraiment.

Emplacement top! (Attention la résidence existe au pla d'adet et à saint Lary, celle ci est celle du pla d'adet. La salle de bain n'était pas nikel à notre arrivée, seul bémol sinon l'appart est parfait. Le monsieur qui nous à accueilli et fait l'état de lieux de sortie était très agréable et très arrangeant, dommage qu'on soit un peu dependant de ses dispo (il gère plusieurs logements) pour l'état des lieux de sortie. On note l'appart dans nos favoris :)
