The host was very welcoming. The place was very clean. The rooms/ building could do with major refurbishment but they probably can’t afford it. Kettle was ok but overall Kitchen appliances and carpet need replacing badly as well as the sliding aluminium doors and bathroom window. It depends how long they intend to hang onto the property but it’s an older couple so likely they won’t have money to upgrade. Both neighbours problematic- bikies as well as angry couple from East Germany who works up at 6.30am yelling and complaining to her husband.
