A rare find in the heart of Kingston Foreshore! This spacious 5 bedroom townhouse on 3 levels will accommodate up to 10 guests easily. There are 2 living rooms, a large kitchen & butlers pantry, 2 main bathrooms (that have adjoining doors to 4 of the bedrooms), and a large ground floor patio. The dining area is spacious enough for everyone. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. An extra powder room is also downstairs. There is also a double garage.

Guests have exclusive access to the property.
Please note - the garage is accessible to the neighbouring apartment via a door to their garage, so please ensure your vehicles are locked at all times when you park them in your garage. The door between your apartment and your garage is lockable to ensure normal security to your apartment.

-Please ensure you enter exact number of guests. We lock bedrooms that aren't needed.
-This property is on 3 levels and has stairs (no lift available).
- It is a townhouse and so is in close proximity to neighbours. One of the rooms has a permanently locked double door. On the other side is a small separate apartment.
- Street parking is available with 2hr limit during work hours. Unlimited through evenings and weekends.
- If you are staying on a Thursday night, we may ask you to pull the outdoor bins to the roadside for Friday morning weekly collection.
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
Strictly:
1. No Parties
2. Noise to please be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 8am. This is a peaceful residential suburb.
3. No smoking
