Welcome to the Gîte Ker Ysa in the Gulf of Morbihan!<br><br>This captain's house with a view of the sea and nature, is located on the peninsula of Séné, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, on the heights of a typical fishing village. <br>The Ker Ysa cottage is located in an area of heritage interest encompassing the buildings. Thus, it will seduce you with its calm and the charm of its restoration in the spirit of a "family home" while being 7 minutes from the port of Vannes. <br><br>It is equipped with an outdoor spa, with 7 seats, operating all year round at a temperature of 37&deg;C, offering you the pleasures of a hydro-massage with its 49 jets.<br><br>Surrounded by a private garden of 400 m2 enclosed by walls, the Ker Ysa cottage benefits from 4 years of rental for this captain's house with a view of the magnificent Gulf of Morbihan and nature.<br><br>Ideal for 4 people, this holiday home of about 100 m2 is on 3 levels and sleeps 4. It opens onto a living room with a flat-screen TV (connected WIFI with Netflix), a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The ground floor also includes a toilet and a closet with washing machine/dryer. On the 1st floor there is 1 independent bedroom and a family bathroom (2 sinks, shower, bath, toilet). The 2nd floor consists of a separate toilet and 1 bedroom with its shower room. <br><br>The Ker Ysa cottage benefits from a 40m2 south-facing terrace with two garden furniture, a teak table and its 12 chairs, a Weber BBQ, 2 parasols and 10 deckchairs.<br><br>Linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is included in the rental price.<br><br>The Gîte Ker Ysa is located 7 km from the port of Vannes (2 km as the seagull flies!) and everything that the historic centre of this beautiful city has to offer. From the house, you can also enjoy, on foot or by bike, the many coastal and walking paths (47 km to go to Séné) and discover the Gulf of Morbihan with its small ferrymen and its piers to go to the islands (Ile d'Arz, Ile aux Moines). The nature reserve of the marshes of Séné will allow you to observe and get to know the birds of the Gulf.<br><br>The house can also accommodate 4 to 6 people, contact us for adapted rates.

Superbe étape à Séné

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison du capitaine. Isabelle en hôte très disponible des l’accueil et toujours en proposition de solution pour faciliter le séjour. Très belle maison, très bien équipée et remarquablement décorée. On s’y sent très bien, bien accueillis, le jacuzzi quotidien et la très bonne literie y sont sans doute aussi pour qqchose !

Très joli gite, très confortable pour un séjour entre amis

Nous avons loué ce gite pour un séjour entre 10 amis. C'était parfait : le gite est décoré avec gout, la literie est très confortable, l'équipement complet pour faire de la cuisine ou des BBQ dans le jardin. Evidemment le spa a été apprécié après une journée de balade à vélo autour du golfe! Merci Isabelle pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

Très agréable séjour

La maison est très agréable, élégante et bien équipée. La literie est parfaite. Son spa est un plus. La maison est entourée de pléthores de sentiers. Et on peut aller à Vannes en bateau ! La rue est un peu passante pour des purs campagnards comme nous. On recommande complètement.

Très belle location

Nous avons vraiment passé un très agréable séjour. Tout était conforme à l'annonce. Notre hôtesse (très disponible) nous a accueillis le jour de notre arrivée avec des produits locaux. La superbe maison est entièrement rénovée et très bien équipée. On se sent vraiment comme chez nous. La rue est calme. La maison donne sur la mer et n'est pas loin de la plage par la route ou le sentier côtier. Vous passerez un agréable séjour. Nous recommandons vivement. Henri et Edwige

Beautifully refourbished house near the beach

The old captain's house is very tastefully refurbished and cosy. Excellent equiped kitchen and a children's room that is ready to play. Very good location to explore Vannes and the golf of Morbihan. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
