We do want to let you know that a home built into a mountain has its ups and downs (literally), but don't let that dissuade you. • Open, bright living room with flat-screen TV (with cable), gas fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15), a queen sofa sleeper & loveseat

• Designated dining area w/ dining table and seating for 6

• Fully remodeled and well-equipped kitchen with large countertops (including bar stool seating for 3), fridge/freezer, ice maker, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, etc.

• Stackable washer/dryer combo

• Bathroom with a shower, toilet & sink

• A fabulous deck off of the main dining area that offers seating for up to 6 people, a BBQ, and a private hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing, snowboarding, or any other mountain adventure!

2ND FLOOR:

• Master bedroom with King bed and sofa

• En-suite bathroom with his/her sinks, shower, toilet & large jetted tub

3RD FLOOR:

• Bathroom with shower, toilet & sink

• First Guest bedroom with a Bunk bed (twin over full) and Single loveseat sleeper (twin)

IMPORTANT: Our properties are protected by Know Your Guest, a provider of host and property insurance.  Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by Know Your Guest DBA SuperHOG to sign your Rental Agreement and complete your guest verification. The verification process will require that you take a photo of the front only of a government-issued ID followed by a selfie for comparison.  This process is for both your and the homeowner's protection.  Please be sure to complete this important step prior to check-in
