This cozy property features a charming bedroom with stunning views of a majestic pine tree and the ocean beyond that. The spacious bathroom provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso machine and complimentary coffee pods for your convenience. Enjoy meals at the bar-style dining space situated in front of a large window, offering picturesque views of the Port Hacking River. This inviting space is perfect for a relaxing getaway, blending comfort with natural beauty.

Guests will enjoy easy, private access to Pineview through a dedicated entrance. While a couple sets of stairs lead you down to the property, the journey is rewarded with breathtaking views and the secluded beach just a few more steps away. With self check-in, you can arrive at your convenience and settle into your peaceful retreat right away!

While there are two other short-term accommodations on the same property, each is completely separate, ensuring your privacy. You’ll only share part of the entrance with the other guests, but once inside, the space is entirely your own. We provide full contact details upon booking and are available if you need anything during your stay, but otherwise, you can enjoy your time undisturbed in this peaceful retreat.

Attractions

Although you could simply relax and unwind throughout your visit, “Bundeena Beach Hut” serves as an ideal base for discovering the Royal National Park and the tranquil village of Bundeena.

Beyond its numerous swimming beaches, other activities include fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, scenic nature walks in the National Park, viewing Aboriginal rock art, exploring the Bundeena Art Trail (held on the first Sunday of each month), enjoying local cafés, and, of course, taking in the stunning views.

Parking

On-street parking is available, though it may be limited during busier periods. Once you`re settled, you`ll find plenty to explore on foot, with cafes, beaches, and scenic bushwalks just steps away. You`re welcome to briefly park in front of the property to unload your things before moving your car to a suitable spot nearby. Just be sure to follow the parking signs, as the local council actively enforces these. After that, you can relax and enjoy the convenience of having everything close by!

Closest parking is available on the street the property is located on, The Avenue. Please ensure you observe parking signage as this is enforced by the local council.

Off limit areas
The outdoor deck located under property closest to the water is off limits, however you are able to access the beach via this area and through the glass gate on the right. Please note the beach access on the left is for the property next door and out of respect for our neighbours, we ask that you exclusively utilise the beach access through the glass gate.

Please ensure you adhere to check out times as the property often requires same day turnovers unless a later check out time is pre arranged with the host. If you would like to request a later checkout, this must be done 24 hours prior to check out time. We aspire to accommodate our guests as best as possible but please keep in mind this is not always a possibility.

Great place for a short getaway

This provided everything we needed for a lovely couple of days away, especially the beautiful outlook over the water. It's in a great location, close to beach, shops & club, & Adriana was very helpful in her communication

The property is perfect for a couple get away. It has all best consumables and lovely deck for outdoor dining. The private beach is 30 second walk and is beautiful. We had a great time and went for a decent walk into the Royal National Park. Also, cafe and IGA are 3minute walk if you need them.

nothing was too much trouble

Beautiful part of the world, stunning view, gorgeous apartment.We had a minor problem with the air conditioner but the response from both the agent and the owner was immediate. Problem was solved really quickly and a portable fan was installed in the meantime.A delightful experience. Nothing was too much trouble.We will definitely visit again.Thank you.Peter and Maria

Perfect get-away

Good things come in small sizes - the studio was perfect for me on my own but would be great for a couple too. It had close water views from the tastefully fitted out living/bedroom area and the kitchen, as well as the wrap around decking with different seating options. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with basics including quality coffee. The nifty plug-in induction hot plate and fry-pan allowed me to enjoy pancakes and bacon and eggs for breakfast but if you don't feel like cooking it is in very close proximity to the cafes and clubs in the village. I stayed for 10 days and rarely used my car because I had easy access to lovely beaches, walking tracks and the ferry to Cronulla. It was definitely worth making the short drive to beautiful Wattamolla for safe swimming and walking. The host, Adriana, is lovely but I particularly enjoyed being greeted by the large resident water dragon each time I came and went through the front gate. After watching the changing mood and colours of the water views over 10 days and getting into the rhythym of life in Bundeena it was very hard to leave. I thoroughly enjoying my stay!
