Our Beach Hut is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring:
- Spacious Bedroom: Rest on a luxurious queen-sized bed with an additional pull-out bed for a third guest, accommodating up to three people.
- Large Bathroom: Refresh in a spacious bathroom with dual shower heads-perfect after a swim!
- Equipped Kitchenette: Prepare simple meals with ease using the single-element induction stove, fridge, and a coffee percolator for your morning brew.
- Expansive Balcony: Relax on daybeds or sway in the hammock, taking in 180-degree views of Port Hacking River.
- With private beach access right from your door, you`ll feel like you`ve found your own secluded stretch of paradise.
Guests can enjoy convenient self-check-in through a dedicated entrance. A few stairs lead you down to the property, rewarding you with breathtaking views and direct access to the beach below.
Once you arrive, settle in and let the tranquility of your surroundings set the tone for relaxation.
While there are two other short-term accommodations on the same property, each is completely separate, ensuring your privacy. You’ll only share part of the entrance with the other guests, but once inside, the space is entirely your own. We provide full contact details upon booking and are available if you need anything during your stay, but otherwise, you can enjoy your time undisturbed in this peaceful retreat.
Beyond unwinding at the beach,
`Bundeena Beach Hut` is ideally located for exploring the Royal National Park and charming Bundeena village. Activities include fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, and scenic bushwalks.
Discover Aboriginal rock art, browse the Bundeena Art Trail (first Sunday of each month), or enjoy coffee at a local café-all within walking distance.
Parking
Limited on-street parking is available. After unloading, take advantage of the easy walkability of Bundeena, with cafes, beaches, and bush trails just steps away.
Please follow parking signs, as local enforcement is active, ensuring you can relax knowing your car is well-parked nearby.

Closest parking is available on the street the property is located on, The Avenue. Please ensure you observe parking signage as this is enforced by the local council.
Off limit areas
The outdoor deck beneath the Bundeena Beach Hut is off limits, however you are able to access the beach via this area and through the glass gate on the right. Please note the beach access on the left is for the property next door and for respect of our neighbours we ask you to exclusively utilise the beach access through the glass gate.
Check out
Please ensure you adhere to check out times as the property often requires same day turnovers unless a later check out time is pre arranged with the host. If you would like to request a later checkout, this must be done 24 hours prior to check out time. We aspire to accommodate our guests as best as possible but please keep in mind this is not always a possibility.
Noise
Out of respect to our neighbours and guests in our other property, Pineview, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 11pm and 7am.
