Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Check-Out: - Return the key & FOB/Garage Remote back inside the bowl on the front hall table (same as it's location at check-in) - Unit entrance door unlocked, please ensure it is fully closed
- Turn off all lights and air conditioning/heating - Place used towels into the washing machine
- Ensure that the unit entrance door is closed but remains unlocked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must compensate the owner or building management for any damages caused to the unit or property to cover necessary repairs or replacements.
Please REMOVE shoes and all outdoor footwear when entering the property. Damages and scratches to the floor will be charged back to guests.

From the moment we booked, Matt made us feel welcome. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and his communication throughout the entire process was excellent.The property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was also very convenient, with shops and services. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing view of the city. It was beautiful both during the day and at night, and it added something truly special to the experience.Travel plans do not always go perfectly, and having a host like Matt makes all the difference. His professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help gave us real peace of mind. We are very grateful for his hospitality and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay and an exceptional host.
